Ten-year-old Minka Aisha Greene was a vivacious, healthy elementary school student who rarely, if ever, got sick. So when her mother Kymesha noticed her daughter's appetite plummet and lack of interest in playing with friends, she knew something was seriously wrong. Earlier this month, Minka went to the hospital on two separate occasions, when doctors told her mother it was a routine case of the seasonal flu that required rest and ibuprofen.
