Oli McBurnie sends message to Rangers coach on social media
Sheffield United striker Oli McBurnie has posted a message to Rangers coach Kevin Thomson on Twitter, together with video footage of the frontman trying a viral challenge that has been doing the rounds on the social media platform.
Thomson, who at present works behind the scenes at the Ibrox club as an under-18’s coach having beforehand played for them between 2007-10 (LinkedIn), arrange what is called the #KTAChallenge which sees individuals making an attempt to have 50 touches of a soccer towards a wall, alternating ft, retaining it in the air and utilizing solely the highest of the foot (@KThomsonAcademy).
An entire host of stars from the footballing world have taken part already, together with Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour, ex-Blackburn striker Benni McCarthy and even Rangers supervisor and former England and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
McBurnie, who is definitely a Rangers fan (Scottish Sun), was nominated by Thomson himself to tackle the challenge and the 23-year-old was quick to seize the bull by the horns and provides it a go.
The former Swansea man managed successfully full it and publish the evidence on Twitter, making a number of nominations of his own including his teammate at Sheffield United Ravel Morrison and Manchester United winger Daniel James.
