MyTheresa to list on NYSE
Reuters has reported that MyTheresa is about to record on the New York Stock Change. The Neiman Marcus owned e-tailer is working with Morgan Stanley on the planned listing, which might happen as early as April.
Neither Neiman Marcus or Morgan Stanley responded to touch upon the matter. It's reported that MyTheresa's valuation might be around 500 million dollars. The posh e-tailer is understood for carrying prime luxurious manufacturers like Balenciaga and Alexander McQueen. Just final month, they launched a males's division.
The move comes after different luxurious retailers have launched on the NYSE, together with Farfetch and resale website The Actual Actual. In 2014, Neiman Marcus acquired MyTheresa. Last April, Neiman Marcus stated it was exploring options as to what to do with MyTheresa to alleviate their high debt ranges. Neiman Marcus has been owned by buyout fund Ares and Canadian Pension Plan Funding Board since 2013.
MyTheresa's gross sales look to be going robust. For the 9 months ending March 2019 MyTheresa saw gross sales of 272 million euros and operative earnings of 15.2 million euros. The company posted a internet profit of 21 million euros and sales of 370 million euros.
