Centric Brands confirms acquisition of Zac Posen brand

Two months after reviews that Centric Manufacturers bought Zac Posen's trademark at public sale first started circulating, the life-style model collective has confirmed its current acquisition.

Centric Brands has bought the Zac Posen brand and all associated intellectual property, which was beforehand held by Z Spoke, LLC. Present Zac Posen brand licensees embrace ladies’s handbags, small leather-based items and cold climate equipment, bridal, high-quality jewellery, men’s and ladies’s eyewear and ladies’s footwear.

"This acquisition provides a worldwide, marquee designer model to our portfolio of ready-to-wear ladies’s apparel and offers a platform to broaden into new licensing classes, whereas supporting considered one of our methods for progress," chief government officer of Centric Manufacturers Jason Rabin stated in a press release.

Posen famous in the same assertion that he'll work with Centric Brands to proceed advising on artistic course of his namesake model.

“I'm so pleased that Centric Manufacturers is committed to the 'Zac Posen' model and to constructing a new and related Zac Posen branded world,” the designer stated. “I am wanting ahead to serving to Jason and the workforce proceed to determine and execute on strategic licensing opportunities and selectively construct the model’s international distribution and omni-channel advertising strategy."
